By registering an account, generating an API key, or accessing our endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the API.
All digital subscription orders, quota renewals, and pre-paid API top-ups are billed directly by Business91 Consultants Private Limited. Payments are processed securely via certified payment gateway partners (including Razorpay and Easebuzz for domestic UPI, Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets).
All payments are encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Tax invoices with full GST compliance (18% Goods and Services Tax) are generated and made available in the developer console immediately upon successful transaction completion.
Access to the Jyotish Today API requires an active API token. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. Any API requests made with your API credentials are treated as authorized by your account.
API usage is billed according to your selected plan (credit quota or pay-as-you-go top-up packs). Pre-funded wallet balances and recurring plans are subject to our billing terms. Domestic Indian payments include applicable GST (18% Input Tax Credit available) and tax invoices issued under GSTIN: 07AAKCB3519L1ZG.
Our services provide mathematical ephemeris calculations, astronomical positions, and traditional Vedic interpretations based on classical texts and Swiss Ephemeris data. While we strive for extreme mathematical precision (<50ms latency and high-precision float accuracy), astrological predictions and financial transit indicators are provided for informational and analytical purposes.
We target a 99.99% monthly API availability SLA for paid tiers. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via portal broadcasts or email notices.
